As Veterans Day approaches, let’s take time to honor those who have shown true courage and made sacrifices for our country.🌟 In a week buzzing with election talk, it feels right to reflect on the men and women who make it possible for us to enjoy the freedoms we sometimes take for granted. Here at Highlands, we believe that Highlands Is Home, and we’re grateful for the veterans in our communities who embody the love, strength, and resilience that Jesus calls us to. As He said, “There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends” (John 15:13).
As we pray, we lift up every veteran and their family, asking God to surround them with His blessings. 🙏 Our goal is to Love God, Love People, and to help others experience life with Jesus—part of which means showing up in real ways for those who’ve given so much. Let’s continue to honor our veterans, acknowledging their service and showing our gratitude in all we do.
To every veteran: thank you. You are seen, you are loved, and you belong here. We’re beyond grateful for your service and sacrifice. 🫶
