We’re excited to share some thrilling updates from the Rock RMS (Relationship Management System) RX24 Conference in Phoenix, Arizona! Our very own “Rock Star,” Tim Lemons (Digital Pastor), took the stage to discuss why digital strategy is essential for helping people experience life with Jesus.
In today’s world, where the average person spends at least 3.5 hours per day (on average) on their phone and over 6 hours each day engaging with screens, the power of technology to connect and grow communities is immense. Approximately 85% of adults in the U.S. own a smartphone, making digital platforms a crucial avenue for outreach and engagement.
With around 700 attendees from 444 churches and a combined reach of 1.2 million people each week, this conference highlights the importance of leveraging these tools to further our mission.
We’re guided by Colossians 4:5: “Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity.” This verse reminds us to harness the potential of our digital interactions to spread hope and transformation. As we embrace the digital age, we must ask ourselves: Are we fully utilizing our technology to make a meaningful impact and build our community?
Join us in praying for Tim and the entire team at the conference. Let’s pray their efforts will bring glory to God and draw more people closer to Jesus. We also ask for prayers for everyone attending the conference, that their new insights and strategies will enrich their ministries. And let’s remember to pray for safe travels as our team returns home this weekend.
We are so grateful and proud of Pastor Tim Lemons, Pastor Steve Robinson, and Lora Fuller for their dedication and presence at the Rock RMS RX24 Conference. Their commitment to learning and representing our church highlights our aim to Love God and Love People through innovative digital ministries. Their work at this esteemed conference not only brings honor to our church but also exemplifies our shared dedication to advancing God's work with grace and impact.
The Rock Conference is always an incredible opportunity for growth and learning. We’re eager to hear their new ideas and strategies to further our church’s mission and vision!
